If the company at its discretion determines that duplicate accounts were created intentionally, solely for the purpose of abuse of the wording of these Rules, in this case, the initial deposits will not be returned to the player.

3. Types of bets

3.1.Single (Ordinary)- bet on a separate outcome of a particular event. Single bet payout equals to bet amount multiplied by the odd of the outcome.

3.2 Combo - a bet on several unrelated outcomes of events. Losing one of the outcomes means losing the entire bet of this type. Winning an express bet equals to bet amount multiplies by all odds of all outcomes included in the express bet.

3.3 System - a combination of several combo bets of a certain size for a pre-selected number of events. It is determined by the same bet for each combo bet (optional) and the same number of outcomes in each combo bets. Bets in the system should indicate the total number of outcomes and the number of combos (optional). The calculation of the winnings for the system bet is calculated as the sum of the winnings of each combination.

For this type of bet, you may create a series of combos that will become part of the "system". The "possible win" of such a bet is calculated by adding up the winnings of all combos that make up the "system". Choosing a combination, for example, two out of three (2 \ 3) or three out of six (3 \ 6), you choose the number of events that must be guessed to get at least part of the win. To get the full "possible win", you need to guess all the events included in the "system". Losing one of the events of the "system" will result in a smaller gain. In some cases, the winnings may be less than the bet amount. Since the funds in the "system" are distributed in equal parts between the combos when making a bet, the amount of winnings will depend on which of the combos and how they played. The size of the total bet is calculated by adding all the bets on the group. A group is one combo in the "system".

· System (2 \ 3 - two events out of three) - these are 3 combo bets, each of which consists of two events. Two combos must be correctly predicted in order to receive a win, in order to receive the full amount of the “possible win”, all events must be correctly predicted (3);

· System (2 \ 4 - two events out of four) - these are 6 combos, each of which consists of two events. Two combos must be correctly predicted in order to receive a win, in order to receive the full amount of the “possible win”, all events must be correctly predicted (4);

· System (3 \ 6 - three events out of six) is 20 combos, each of which consists of three events. Three combos must be correctly predicted in order to receive a win, in order to receive the full amount of the “Possible win”, all events must be correctly predicted (6);

· system (X \ Y - X events from Y) is Z combo bets, each of which consists of X events. X combos must be correctly predicted in order to get a win, to get the full amount of "possible win", all events must be correctly predicted (Y);

Before placing a bet, you can check the structure of the combination and the possible win of each of the combo bets in the "Choose a Combination" section by clicking on the checkmark to the right of the number that indicates the number of combo bets that are part of the "system".

3.4 "Cash out" is an individual offer addressed to the bidder aimed at changing one or more basic conditions of the bet (odd, time for calculating the event, etc.) in order to fix a new result and calculate the bet at the current time. The offer to calculate the bet may be accepted or rejected by the bidder. By choosing "Cash out", the bidder agrees to the new mandatory bet conditions. Cash-out may be available for both pre-match and live betting. This offer is at the discretion of Columbus SportsBook .

3.4.1 The amount of "Cash out" in this case depends on how events advance and the odds change, and it may be either greater or less than the initial amount.

3.4.2 The "CashOut" option is available only for your unsettled bets.

3.4.3 For combo bets, the option "Cash out" will be available only for the entire bet, and not for individual events in it. At the same time, if some event on your combo bet has already ended in accordance with your bet, then the "Cash out" option will be available to you to fix the profit already won.

Example:

The player made a bet on the victory of team 1 in a football match in the amount of 200 euroswith a coefficient of 2. In case of winning, the player shall receive 400 euros.

Option 1. On the 80-minute of the match, team 1 is winning with a score of 2: 0. The probability of winning a bet is very high and the player can, at his discretion, calculate the bet ahead of schedule at a converted coefficient (much lower than the original) ~ 360 euros.

Option 2. On the 70-minute of the match, team 1 loses with a score of 0:1. The probability of winning a bet is small and the player can, at his discretion, calculate the bet ahead of schedule at a converted coefficient (much higherthan the original) ~ 30 euros.

4. Main types of bets

4.1Winner or “1x2”- a bet type where you can bet on (partial or definite) the result of a match or event. The following options are possible: "1" - the victory of the first team (the team indicated on the left side of the offer); "X" is a draw; "2" - the victory of the second team (indicated on the right side of the offer).

4.2 “Correct score” - a bet on the exact score of a match or of a part of an event.

4.3Total- a type of bet that determines the number of goals, points, sets, games, etc. scored, played, etc., by teams or athletes during an event or a part of it. To win, you need to make a correct forecast: more than “M” or less than “L” goals, points, etc. in a match. If the total amount of the specified goals, points, sets, games, etc., will be exactly equal to the total, then all bets on this line will be returned, and the coefficient will be equal to "1". Example: when Total M goals are 3 and the final score of the match is 2: 1, the bet amount will be refunded. This phenomenon is called getting into the Total.

4.4Individual total of teams(participants) (indicated by “Team / Participant Name” total) - the number of goals scored (points scored, etc.) in the match by one of the competitors. To win, you must correctly indicate whether more than “M” or less than “L” will be scored by the specified participant in the match (if you get into Total, the bet is returned, and in the “combo” it is calculated with a winning coefficient of “1”).

4.5 "Odd/Even" - type of bet in which you need to guess whether the number of goals scored, points scored, corners, etc. will be even or odd.

4.6 “Head-to-Head" and/or "Triple-Head” is a competition between two or three participants where the winner is determined following the results of a race, tournament, championship, etc.

4.7 “Time/match” is a type of a bet that allows you to bet both on the result of half of the match and on the final result of the match. For example, if in the first half of the match the score is 1-0, and the match ends 1-1, the winning outcome will be 1 / X.

4.8Betting on a periodmeans betting on different parts of the game (for example, quarters, halves, periods, rounds, etc.).

4.9 “Draw No Bet” is a bet on a team’s victory, in which a draw is not taken into account. A draw no bet (DNB) is also referred to as a handicap bet (0). A feature of the bet is a return as a result of a draw. Making a draw no bet (DNB) is beneficial if you think that a win of one of the teams is more possible than a draw.

4.10Handicap- a bet is placed with the initial head start of one of the parties in a sports competition. Handicaps are expressed by the addition or subtraction of goals, points, seconds, sets, etc. To win a bet, the participant of the event on which the bet was made must become/remain the winner after adding/taking points, equal to the indicator of the line on which the bet was made.

Example:

The player made a bet on the victory of Spain with Handicap (0.5) in the match Spain - Italy.

The match ended with the score 1: 1.

Given the handicap of Spain (0.5), the final score will be 1.5: 1.

Spain Ahead - Bet Wins.

Hit the head start.

If the player made a bet on the victory of the team with a handicap and taking into account this handicap, the score is drawn, this bet will be returned to the player on the account (calculated with odds “1”). This situation is called getting into a head start.

Example:

First Team handicap (-1).

The match ended with a score of 2: 1.

Taking into account the handicap, the score will be 1: 1 - a draw, the bet is returned to the player.

H(0) - called handicap zero - this is the same handicap as a handicap with plus and minus indicators, only in this case, the team adds “0 points” to the final result of the competition. It turns out that this is simply a bet on the victory of one of the teams, however, in the event of a tie, the player “gets into a head start” and receives a refund on the bet.

4.11 Handicap (0: 1); (1: 0); (0: 2); (2: 0) ... - European format handicap. The player first chooses which handicap he wants to bet on - how many goals, points, etc. will be added by one of the teams, and only then will it choose one of three outcomes (Win 1; Draw; Win 2). In this format of a handicap, a bet can either win or lose; no bet is returned.

Example:

When making a Handicap (0: 2) bet, Draw, to win the bet, the event must end in favour of the first team for exactly two goals (2: 0; 3: 1, 4: 2 ...)

4.12 Double Asian handicapis a bet on a game with Handicap, in which the value of Handicap (H) is dividable on 0.25 but not dividable on 0.5, for example: H = -0.25, +0.25, -0.75, +0.75, etc. Such a bet is interpreted as two (simple, "halfs") bets with the same odds and the closest simple Handicap values (H1 = H - 0.25 and H2 = H + 0.25). The amount of each "half" bet is equal to half the amount of the "Double" bet.

The following are specific examples where, in a simplified form, four options for calculating such "Double" bets are considered:

Example 1.

Both half bets are won by the player.

Example 1. The football match Zenit - Rubin ended with the score 2: 0.

The player made a bet H1 (-1.25) in the amount of 1000 euroswith an odd of 2.4.

The bet was divided into two equal amounts by the adjacent handicaps (-1) and (-1.5).

Handicap (-1) – won

Handicap (-1.5) - won.

The formula for calculating winnings:

500euros(half of the bid) * 2.4 (declared odd) + 500 euros(half of the rate) * 2.4 (declared odd) = 2400 euros, and the odd in the "combo" will be equal to 2400/1000 = 2.4 (equal to declared).

Example 2.

One half bet wins, and the other is refundable.

Example 2. The football match Zenit - Rubin ended with the score 2: 0.

The player made a bet H1 (-1.75) in the amount of 1000 euroswith an odd of 2.4.

The bet was divided into two equal amounts by the adjacent handicaps (-1.5) and (-2).

Handicap (-1.5) - won.

Handicap (-2) - return (hit in the head start).

The formula for calculating winnings:

500 euros(half-rate) * 2.4 (declared odd) + 500 euros(half-rate) * 1 (return odd) = 1700 euros, and the rate coefficient in the "combo" will be equal to 1700/1000 = 1.7.

* ((The declared odd in the line +1) / 2) = (2.4 +1) / 2 = 1.7.

Example 3.

One half bid is refundable, and the other loses.

Example 3. The football match Zenit - Rubin ended with the score 2: 0.

The player made a bet H1 (-2.25) in the amount of 1000 euroswith an odd of 3.2.

The bet was divided into two equal amounts by the adjacent handicaps (-2) and (-2.5).

Handicap (-2) - return (gettingin the head start).

Handicap (-2.5) - lost.

The formula for calculating winnings:

500euros(half-rate) * 1 (return rate) + 500 euros(half-rate) * 0 (loss rate) = 500 euros, and the rate coefficient in the "combo" will be 500/1000 = 0.5.

Example 4

.

Both half bets lost.

Example 4. The football match Zenit - Rubin ended with the score 2: 0.

The player made a bet on H1 (-2.75) in the amount of 1000 euroswith an odd of 3.2.

The bet was divided into two equal amounts by the adjacent handicaps (-2.5) and (-3).

Handicap (-2.5) – lost.

Handicap (-3) - lost.

The formula for calculating winnings:

500euros(half-rate) * 0 (loss rate) + 500 euros(half-rate) * 0 (loss rate) = 0 euros, and the odd in the "combo" will be 0/1000 = 0.

4.13 Double bet on Total (Asian Total)is a bet on Total in which the Total (T) value is dividable on 0.25 but not a dividable on 0.5, for example: T = 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, etc. Such a bid is interpreted as two (simple, “half”) bets with the same odds and with the closest common totals (T1 = T - 0.25 and T2 = T + 0.25). The amount of each “half” bet is equal to half the amount of the “Double” bet.

Example of calculating bets on double Total:

The player made 4 bets on one match.

Greater than 3.25 (3, 3.5) - odd 2; bid amount 200 euros.

Less than 3.25 (3, 3.5) - odd 1.8; bid amount 200 euros.

Greater than 3.75 (3.5, 4) - odd 1.6; bid amount 200 euros.

Less than 3.75 (3.5, 4) - odd 1.9; bid amount 200 euros.

For example, if 3 goals were scored in a match, then when calculating bets, we get the following results:

Bet 1.One half bet (More than 3) is a refund, the second half bet (More than 3.5) is lost.

Payout for the bet: (100 * 1.0 + 100 * 0) = 100 euros, and the odd in the "combo" will be 100/200 = 0.5.

Bet 2.One half bet (Less than 3) - refund, the second half bet (Less than 3.5) won.

Payout for the bet: (100 * 1.0 + 100 * 1.8) = 280 euros, and the odd in the "combo" will be equal to 280/200 = 1.4.

Bet 3.One half bet (Over 3.5) - lost, the second half bet (Over 4) also lost.

Payout for the bet: (100 * 0 + 100 * 0) = 0 euros, and the odd in the "combo" will be 0/200 = 0.

Bet 4.One half bet (Less than 3.5) - won, the second half bet (Less than 4) also won.

Payout for the bet: (100 * 1.9 + 100 * 1.9) = 380 euros, and the odd in the "combo" will be equal to 380/200 = 1.9

4.14 “Double Chance”- a bet on two of the three possible outcomes “1”, “X”, “2”. There are three types of double chances: 1X - the bet is won if the first team wins or a draw, X2 - the bet is won if the second team wins or a draw, 12 - the bet is won if the result of the match is not a draw.

4.15“Outright” or “Place”- a type of bet where you can choose from a list of alternatives and bet on the likelihood that a participant will win or take a place in the classification of the listed events / competitions.

4.16 Bets on “Quarter / Half / Period X / Match Remaining” refer to the results / points achieved in the corresponding time period and do not take into account other points / goals / events related to the event / match. Bets will be void if the match is played in any format other than that specified in the offer.

4.17 Bets on “Result at the end of the quarter / half / period X” relate to the result of the match / event, after the end of a particular time period and take into account all other previous points / goals / events related to the event / match.

4.18 Bets on “Race to X-points / Race to X-goals ...” and similar offers apply to a team / participant who reaches the first specific score of points / goals / events. If the proposal indicates a time period (or any other period restriction), it will not include other points / goals / events related to other stages of the event / match that do not related to the specified time frames. If the indicated points are not reached in a timely manner (if any), all bets will be declared void unless otherwise indicated.

4.19 Bets on “Won X points / score X goals” and similar offers apply to the team / participant who scores / wins the specified event. For the calculation of these lines, events prior to the listed events will not be taken into account. If the specified event is not counted / won in a timely manner (if any), all bets will be declared invalid unless otherwise indicated.

4.20 Bets associated with actions in a particular event in a predetermined time period, for example, “First card” or “The next team will receive a penalty within ...”, will be considered void if it is not possible to determine the winning result without any doubt, for example, if players from different teams are shown a card at a time when the game is paused.

4.21 “The team that scores first and wins” means the bet on the team that scores the first goal in the match and wins the match. If there are no goals in the match, all bets will be considered void.

4.22 “Free-will victory of the team” means that the team wins the match after being at least 1 goal behind the opponent.

4.23Any bet on a team winning all halves / periods(for example, a team must win both halves), means that the specified team must score more goals than its opponent during all provided halves / periods of the match.

4.24Any bet on "Extra time"refers to the time appointed by the responsible person, and not to the actual value of the time played.

4.25 The calculation of bets on events such as “Player of the Match”, “Most Valuable Player”, etc., will be based on the decision of the contest / event organizers, unless otherwise indicated.

5. Making a bet

5.1. A bet is considered valid from the moment of its registration in accordance with the conditions determined by these Rules. After the betting, the participant clicks on “Bet” in the bet coupon(located on the bottom right of the website), and a window appears with the message “Your bet has been successfully placed,” the betting participant’s bet is considered made. If this message does not appear, the customer should check their betting history or contact support.

5.2 If the odd changes at the time the bet is made, the player will receive a notification in the bet coupon, and the bet will not be accepted by the system until the player confirms his consent to the odd. In order for the bet to be made immediately without confirmation of the changed odds, the player can enable the “Accept odds changes” function at the very bottom of the coupon.

5.3 Changes in the line (handicaps, odds, totals, restrictions on combos, the maximum bet amount, etc.) may occur after any bet, but the conditions of previously made bets remain the same. Bets are accepted only in an amount not exceeding the current account balance of the client.

5.4. We reserve the right to cancel a bet and invalidate it in the following cases:

- In the case evidence of unfair competition exists.

- In the case of a technical error of the Service or the distributor when entering information about the player’s choice of game outcomes.

- A technical error that led to incorrect registration of the game option (for example, technical problems with the server, software failure, etc.),

- If a player violates the Betting Conditions. The decision to declare the game outcome void is taken by the administration of the Service, and results in the return to the respective players the funds transferred at the conclusion of the Bet.

5.5. The player shall not refuse the registered game outcome (bet made) after payment of the bet. The player must make sure that the parameters of his game outcome correspond to his choice, before paying for participation in the bet.

5.6 The maximum bet amount for an event depends on the sport and event, it is determined by our platform specifically for each event, and for each type of bet and is subject to change without prior written notice. We reserve the right to limit the maximum bid on individual events, as well as on the introduction and removal of special restrictions on the accounts of individual Clients without notification and explanation.

5.7 The maximum bet amount for bonus wagering is 5 EUR. If the player makes a bet larger than the specified amount, it does not count towards the bonus wagering requirement. *Sports betting is considered an exception to the rule, there are no limits on the amount of bets for bonus wagering in this category.

5.8. The final winning odds for all the listed types of bets are determined taking into account the peculiarities of determining the odds for certain types of outcomes (getting into handicaps, totals, etc.), as well as canceling or transferring events for a period specified in these Rules. To carry out calculations of such outcomes, an odd equal to “1” is used.

5.9 Columbus SportsBook reserves the right to introduce restrictions or refuse to accept bets from anyone without explanation or prior written notice.

5.10. It is forbidden for the client to bet on events where he/she/it is a participant (athletes, coaches, referees, etc.), or/and also acts on behalf of these persons.

5.11 Columbus SportsBook announces valid results based on official records and other sources of information after the event. In the event of a dispute, if the results posted by various sources do not coincide, and if there are obvious errors, the Columbus SportsBook makes the final decision on determining the results for calculating bets.

5.12 In the case where there is reason to believe that the bet was made after the outcome of the event became known, or after the selected player / team received a significant advantage (for example, an advantage in the account, substitution or removal of a player, etc.) ), Columbus SportsBook reserves the right to void this bet (make a refund), both for winning and losing.

5.13 For your convenience, we provide the opportunity to place bets in one click (the function can be selected in the “Quick Bet” betting coupon), however, we are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of any use of this function, intentional or accidental.

5.14. When calculating bets on live events, the company uses its own data on the actual course of the game. If for some reason (for example, broadcast loss, lack of results in information sources, etc.), the results of events cannot be established, then these events will be calculated with an odd of 1.

5.15 Columbus SportsBook is not responsible for the absolutely accurate translation of the names of players, teams names, cities, where events occur.

5.16 It is forbidden to include in the "combos" and "systems" various events of the same match, different bets on the same player in the same tournament (for example, to win a tournament and win a match), not even directly related. If any events related to this match were included in the “combos” or “system”, then this bet is subject to refund even if the computer program for accepting bets has not blocked this bet.

5.17 If for some reason one of the outcomes included in the “combos” or “system” was calculated with an odd of “1” (the outcome is cancelled, invalidated, has an error in the line), but the bet was previously successfully accepted, the whole “ combo "/" system "will remain valid and will be calculated according to the results of other outcomes. When calculating the winnings of the entire bet, the cancelled outcome will be calculated with an odd of “1”.

5.18 Clients are allowed to bet only as individuals, group bets are not allowed. Repeated bets on the same results / winners from the same or different customers may subsequently be declared invalid. Even after the official result of the competition has become known, the Columbus SportsBook may deem these bets invalid if it considers that the Customers are acting in collusion or as a syndicate, or the bets in question were made by one or more Customers within a short period time.

5.19 The deadline for placing bets is determined by the Columbus SportsBook for each specific event.

5.20 The final ground for calculating the bet is the official source. The winning amount is determined by multiplying the bet amount by the odd that is offered at the time of betting.

5.21 All refunds will be credited to the account of the client.

5.22 Any claims and questions regarding bets will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of calculation of such bets.

5.23 If there are no unsettled sports bets, any bonus is automatically written off whenever zero balance is reached. In this case, the bonus is considered to be completely lost, and the obligations imposed on the player by the presence of the bonus are considered fully withdrawn.

6. General rules of sport events
